Workwear and hi-vis clothing
The workwear catalog combines everyday work clothing with garments that carry a protective claim. You will find Canis CXS Stretch and CXS Sirius Brighton jackets and bib pants, Portwest hi-vis vests and flame-retardant antistatic jackets, Helly Hansen and Malfini garments, and a Sioen chainsaw protective jacket.
Separate the two groups when you write a specification. Plain workwear without a protective claim sits outside the PPE Regulation, while protective garments need CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. EN ISO 13688 sets the general requirements for protective clothing. Hi-vis garments are classed 1 to 3 under EN ISO 20471 by the area of fluorescent and retroreflective material, and class 3 gives the most coverage. Flame-retardant clothing is tested to EN ISO 11612 for heat and flame, EN 1149-5 covers electrostatic dissipation, and rainwear is tested to EN 343.
To source through Traxfair, send one request with the garments, colors and size breakdown. Our team returns standardized offers from verified European suppliers, so a quote for a lined jacket does not end up next to one for an unlined version.

Frequently asked questions
Which hi-vis class do I need?
EN ISO 20471 sets three classes by the minimum area of fluorescent background and retroreflective material. Class 3 garments, such as jackets with sleeves or full coveralls, give the highest visibility and are usually required near fast road traffic, while class 1 suits lower-risk areas. National or site rules often set the minimum, so state the class in your request.
Can one garment be both flame-retardant and antistatic?
Yes. Many garments for petrochemical, gas or utility work are certified to EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149-5 together, and some also to EN 61482-2 for electric arc. Check that the certificate covers the exact style and fabric. EN 1149-5 assumes the garment covers any non-antistatic layers underneath, so plan how it will be worn.
What should a workwear request include?
Name the garment type and style codes if you have them, the standards each item must meet, the colors and the quantity per size. If you accept an equivalent from another brand, say so. Verified suppliers can then quote alternatives, and our team presents them in the same offer format as the original style for direct comparison.
