Dräger PPE
Dräger products on Traxfair are all respiratory protection. The catalog has the X-plore 5500 and Panorama Nova full face masks, X-plore 1930 disposable FFP3 masks, gas and combined filters including a bayonet filter for the X-plore 5500, a replacement filter for a Parat escape hood, and the PSS 3000 self-contained breathing apparatus.
Each device type has a different standard. Full face masks are tested to EN 136 and disposable masks to EN 149. Gas and combined filters follow EN 14387, so a code such as A2B2E2K2Hg-P3 tells you the gas groups, the capacity class and the particle class. Compressed air breathing apparatus with a full face mask is covered by EN 137. All respiratory protective equipment is Category III PPE under Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

Is Traxfair an official Dräger partner?
No. Traxfair is not an official partner or authorized distributor of Dräger. The offers you receive come from independent verified European suppliers that stock Dräger equipment. Approvals, servicing requirements and technical data are those published by Dräger, so use the manufacturer's documentation when you check a product against your specification.
Do Dräger filters fit masks from other brands?
It depends on the connection. Filters with the Rd40 thread to EN 148-1 are made for full face masks with that same standard connection. Bayonet filters, such as the one for the X-plore 5500, fit only the matching mask system. Check the connection on your masks before you request filters, and give the mask model in the request.
What should I specify when sourcing breathing apparatus?
Give the base model, such as the PSS 3000, and the configuration: cylinder material and capacity, working pressure, the full face mask and whether you need a positive or normal pressure demand valve. Breathing apparatus is tested to EN 137 and needs regular servicing, so note in your request whether you need service support in your country.
