Overview
The 3M™ Gas, Vapour and Particulate Filter 6099 is a high-performance combination filter designed exclusively for 3M full-face respirators equipped with the 3M bayonet connection system. It provides comprehensive protection against gases, vapours, and particulates in hazardous work environments.
Protection Capabilities
Gas and Vapour Protection:
- A2: Organic vapours with boiling point > 65 °C
- B2: Inorganic gases and vapours
- E2: Acid gases and vapours
- K2: Ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives
- Hg: Mercury vapour
- Formaldehyde: Protection up to 10 ppm
Particulate Protection:
- P3: High-efficiency protection against solid and liquid particles, including toxic and carcinogenic dusts, fumes, smoke, and aerosols

Compatible Equipment
Designed for use with 3M full-face respirators including the 3M™ 6000 Series (e.g., 6800, 6900) and models 7097S/7907S. Not suitable for half-mask respirators.
